Studio Etiquette

Services provided are by appointment only. 
You can either book online, text or call to reserve an appointment.
A call or text appointment requires a deposit to secure a time slot.
When cancelling, please give a 24 hour courtesy text or call.
If 15 minutes late, a full experience is not guaranteed.  You will be considered a no-show if 20 minutes late.
If under 18 years of age a parent consent is required.  For safety, no unattended children.



New Client Infills

Due to the unknown materials used and work of other lash artists, a new client infill
requires a complimentary consultation and may require an extensions removal.
Removal $30




Booking, Moneys & Cancellations

 

All Services are by appointment only and a deposit is required.

If you change your mind about your service, simply cancel your appointment 24 hrs.
prior to your scheduled day and time and your deposit/moneys will be returned
in the same manner that it was received.

Last minute cancellations and no-shows  result in loss of revenue and missed opportunities to fill a time slot.
Therefore, when cancelling or rescheduling, please give a 24 hour courtesy notice prior to your appointment time.

No shows, cancellations or changes within 24 hours of appointment time are subject to forfeiture of deposit.   

No monetary refunds on services provided.
 

 
Social Media

At Esthetics Studio photos are taken of work provided for the sole purpose of social media posts.
Photos taken may be edited and there will be no monetary compensation to you.
By scheduling online, phone, email or text you give Esthetics Studio's staff authorization to be photographed
and grant us permission to edit and use such photos in any and all media platform.



Satisfaction Is Always The Goal!

If you are not fully satisfied, please text or call within 48 hrs. of your appointment
and a COMPLIMENTARY follow-up will be scheduled for you within a week.



Restrictions

Complimentary follow-ups have to be fulfilled within a week of call/text.
Complimentary Follow-ups cannot be re-scheduled and will be voided if a no-show.
