Studio Etiquette

Thank you for visiting ES's website, for appointments please read below.

Esthetics Studio's business hours are Tues. through Friday.
Weekend phone messages or texts will be returned the following Monday.

Services provided are by appointment only.
To better know you, a 10 min. consultation time is included in each visit/service.
An appointment requires a deposit to secure a time slot or online booking is available.
When cancelling, please give a 24 hour courtesy text or call.
Grace period of 10 to 15 min. If 15 minutes late, a full experience is not guaranteed. You will be considered a no-show if 15 minutes late.
If under 18 years of age a parent consent is required. For safety, no unattended children.

By Appointment Only: All studio services must be reserved in advance. Feel free to use our online booking site to schedule your facial.
Eyelash Extension Services: Lashes are not bookable online, but we would love to take care of you! Please call or text us directly for current availability or to be added to our waiting list.
Deposits: If your selected service requires a booking deposit, please submit your payment securely under Client Resources at the footer of this website. Book a service HERE

24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment day and time. Cancellations made outside of this 24-hour window will receive a full deposit refund issued to your original payment method.
Late Cancellations & Changes: Last-minute changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of your service will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost or the forfeiture of your paid deposit.
No-Show Policy: Missing your appointment without notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost or the forfeiture of your paid deposit.
Why this Matters: Facial, lash, and brow treatments require extensive preparation, high-end product setups, and dedicated time slots tailored specifically to you. Last-minute cancellations leave gaps that cannot be filled, resulting in lost revenue.
Service Refunds: All services provided are final. No monetary refunds will be issued on completed treatments.

Portfolio & Marketing: We routinely capture photos of our treatments and results to showcase on the Esthetics Studio website and social media platforms.
Editing & Rights: Images may be cropped or edited to highlight your skin or lash results. All photo rights belong to Esthetics Studio, and no monetary compensation will be provided.
Consent Upon Booking: By scheduling your appointment through our booking site, phone, text, or email, you grant Esthetics Studio permission to capture and share these images across our marketing channels.

48-Hour Notification: Your satisfaction is always our top goal! If you are not completely happy with your results, please call or text the studio within 48 hours of your appointment.
Complimentary Follow-Up: Once you contact us, we will happily schedule a complimentary follow-up session for you to be completed within 7 days of your request.

7-Day Window: All complimentary follow-up appointments must be scheduled and completed within 7 days of your initial text or phone call request.
No Rescheduling: Due to limited availability, complimentary follow-up sessions cannot be rescheduled.
No-Show Forfeiture: If you no-show or cancel a complimentary session within our 24-hour policy window, the offer will be permanently voided.
