Studio Etiquette

 
Thank you for visiting ES's website, for appointments please read below.

Esthetics Studio's business hours are Tues. through Friday.
Weekend phone messages or texts will be returned the following Monday.

Services provided are by appointment only. 
To better know you, a 15 min. consultation time will be added to your first time visit.
An appointment requires a deposit to secure a time slot.
When cancelling, please give a 24 hour courtesy text or call.
If 15 minutes late, a full experience is not guaranteed.  You will be considered a no-show if 20 minutes late.
If under 18 years of age a parent consent is required.  For safety, no unattended children.




New Client Infills

Please add $30 to new client infills due to the unknown materials used and work of other lash stylist.  A new client infill
may require a complimentary consultation and may require an extensions removal.
Removal $30




Booking, Moneys

All Services are by appointment only and a deposit is required.

Cancellations

If you change your mind about your service, simply cancel or change your appointment 24 hrs.
prior to your scheduled day and time.  If cancelling, your deposit/moneys will be returned
in the same manner that it was received.

Please take in to consideration...
Last minute cancellations and no-shows result in loss of revenue and missed opportunities to fill a time slot.
A brow, lash and specially a facial service, involve time consuming
set-up time and take careful preparation that are tailored specifically for you.

Therefore, No shows, cancellations or changes within 24 hours of an appointment time are subject
to a fee of 50% of your scheduled service or forfeiture of deposit.   

No monetary refunds on services provided.

Social Media

At Esthetics Studio photos are taken of work provided for the sole purpose of social media posts.
Photos taken may be edited and there will be no monetary compensation to you.
By scheduling by phone, email or text you give Esthetics Studio's staff authorization to be photographed
and grant us permission to edit and use such photos in any and all media platform.



Satisfaction Is Always The Goal!

If you are not fully satisfied, please text or call within 48 hrs. of your appointment
and a COMPLIMENTARY follow-up will be scheduled for you within a week.



Restrictions

Complimentary follow-ups have to be fulfilled within a week of call/text.
Complimentary Follow-ups cannot be re-scheduled and will be voided if a no-show.
